Delivery times, generally between 24 and 72 hours, directly depend on product availability. Packages are systematically insured and travel at our risk, not yours. It is recommended to check the merchandise upon receipt of your package. This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the customer signs the delivery note (registered delivery). Delivery times are given as an indication and cannot justify either the cancellation of the order or a claim for damages in the event of delay due to any event. In the event of a delivery delay, we suggest you contact your chosen delivery service and check whether the package is pending. If necessary, please notify us of this delay by calling us at 05.94.31.94.57 or by sending us an e-mail. We will then contact the Post Office to launch an investigation which may last up to 21 working days from the date of declaration. If the investigation is not completed within this time, the Post Office considers the package as lost. We will then send you a replacement product at our expense. If the package arrives open or damaged (with the presence of the yellow “La Poste” adhesive tape), it is imperative that the customer has a “report of spoliation” (report 170) drawn up by the Post Office on which it depends, so that we can open an investigation and a compensation procedure.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of a product defect (articles L217-4 to L217-12).
